Bicycle Bundle AMPs are calendar based and may be prorated depending on original purchase date.
The Annual Maintenance Plan is 18 percent* of the software list price and includes the following:
· DRS upgrades and minor updates
· Access to DRS Client Intranet (product announcements, Knowledge Base/Self Service Center, RMS tips & suggestions, and downloads)
*Bicycle Bundle AMPs must be renewed by 3/31 each year to avoid higher rates.
