Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt.

Unopened boxes may be returned if an RMA number is issued within 7 days of delivery.

Items damaged in shipment will be exchanged immediately once the shipper has notified us of your claim.

Defective merchandise will be replaced immediately once a DRS Support technician has confirmed this condition.

Merchandise returned must be in brand new and re-sellable condition. We will promptly exchange an item or credit your account once merchandise has been received.

Returns should be shipped prepaid and insured (trackable) in a securely wrapped package to:

All returns require a valid RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be be refused.
Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
